Where is my order?

After placing your order, it typically takes:

  • 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) to process your order

  • 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday) for delivery within Australia

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If the estimated timeframe has passed, please contact our support team and we will assist you.

Order cut-off time: 17:00 (GMT+01:00) Amsterdam Time


How do I find my tracking code?

Your tracking code will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Please also check your spam/junk folder as emails may occasionally be filtered.

Note: Tracking may take several hours to activate after shipment.


How do I track my order?

Go to our Track Your Order page (linked in the footer) and enter your tracking number to view real-time delivery updates.


Do your lamps require assembly?

Most lighting items require simple assembly, such as attaching a lampshade or installing a bulb.
Clear instructions are included with every product.


What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely using:

  • Shop Pay

All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
We do not store or sell personal payment data.


What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes — all lighting products include a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as we begin processing immediately.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
