Return & Refund Policy – Laurens Society

At Laurens Society, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to customers in Australia only.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Include all original parts, accessories, and manuals (if applicable)

  • Have a return request submitted within 30 days of delivery

We cannot accept returns that show signs of use, installation, or damage not caused during shipment.


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us First
    Email us at info@laurenssociety.com with:

    • Order number

    • Name

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

    Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

  2. Receive Return Instructions
    Once your request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the Item Back
    Please ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
We do not offer prepaid return labels.

If the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective upon arrival, return costs may be covered by us after review.


Refunds

  • We will notify you when your return has been received and inspected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method.

  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@laurenssociety.com with photos.
We will review the situation and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Warranty

All lighting products purchased from Laurens Society are covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper installation

  • Modifications or misuse

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as processing and fulfillment begin immediately.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
